One-to-One Executive Coaching

 

Purpose

Our coaching is designed to help you increase your impact and influence, so you can unlock your teams to achieve better results — faster and with less effort from you.

We focus on meaningful, measurable change — balancing reflection and insight with practical action. Through conversation, experimentation and feedback, you’ll gain the awareness and tools to perform at your best, lead with confidence, and influence effectively in fast-paced, complex environments.

 

Approach

Our work together is practical, grounded and results-driven. Each session creates space to:

  • Clarify direction – define what success looks like for you, your team and your stakeholders.
  • Increase awareness – understand how your communication style, pace and decision-making impact those around you — upwards, across and down.
  • Build capability – strengthen your ability to influence outcomes through greater presence, empathy and strategic communication.
  • Embed change – apply new approaches in real situations, reflect on results, and refine what works.

The process blends strategic thinking, emotional intelligence and behavioural change — helping you lead with more influence, alignment and impact.

 

Structure

We’ll start by clarifying your priorities and the specific leadership shifts that will make the biggest difference to your results and relationships.

Subsequent sessions will explore current challenges, test new strategies, and review how they land — with your team, peers and senior stakeholders.

A final session consolidates learning, captures what’s changed, and identifies how to sustain progress.
(Optional follow-up sessions can be added to maintain momentum)

Each session lasts around 60–75 minutes, typically held every 3–4 weeks to balance reflection with application.
